Our Angus Beef is so popular because we hand-select the beef based on marbling, texture, and color. Our employees who select the beef for our Premium Angus Beef progam have been doing this for decades. They are so selective that only about 12% of beef in the entire country qualifies for our Premium Angus steak boxes.

Once the beef has been selected, we age the loins under specific temperatures and humidity for 28 days. This natural aging process makes the meat more tender and flavorful. Most everyone can taste the difference in properly-aged beef. It is easy to see why this high-quality beef is used in the finest restaurants, hotels and country clubs in the USA.
